Coconut Condensed Milk

1 can of coconut cream
1/2 cup of sugar

In a medium saucepan, heat coconut cream and sugar over medium heat until it comes to a low boil.  Let simmer for an hour to an hour and a half or until reduced by at least 1/3, stirring often.  Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
